Hi Dr. Dubin, I just wanted to say thanks for all your assistance in getting myself ready for the marathon. In addition to all the great work you did physically/medically, you offered a lot of valuable advice that helped a great deal. When I hurt my knee it was a huge setback and I’m infinitely grateful that I was still able to run and finish this race. I wound up achieving my goal of under 4 hours, coming in at 3:58:08. The last 6 or so miles after BC are killer! Interestingly enough, I didn’t feel so much as a twinge in my left knee through almost the entire race. Out of nowhere my right knee started crapping out and was bothering me for a while. After the finish it felt just like my left knee used to. Good thing I have plenty of time to rest now. It feels really great that this whole experience is over and I achieved what I wanted to. You should know that you were a big reason why I was able to do so. Thanks again,
