My hamstring and calf held up just fine and my time of 3:40 was exactly what I was hoping to get. I can’t thank you enough, I thought for sure there was no way that I’d be able to complete the marathon with how my leg was feeling the week before. So I owe you guys big time. And I saw you did just fine in the race yourself! I hope your recovery is going okay: I am very sore but there is no real pain in the hamstring/calf that you treated.
